We have been in the vicinity of N-251 for days, better known as Q’equeloque, a planet that according to measurements indicates a class M, its measurements indicate a small rate of increase in carbon dioxide, and an irregular decrease in oxygen, as well as the existence of drinking water in large quantities, like seas in a liquid state.
We intend to go down to investigate, but after several hours on the surface, none of the four groups sent to different locations reported anything of note, except for one group number two that still has not reported.
A transmission indicates images of what appears to be a ship, but they are blurry and difficult to identify.
Definitely group two is having difficulties, we sent a support team, which tells us that they found traces of team two, but only one of the members in a state of deep unconsciousness. The tracks, although they indicate the presence of our team, also indicate large amounts of silica remains as if they were moving with the team. From one of the hills the team saw a group of humanoids carrying a kind of Aeroflotation capsules, these indicate they contain carbon beings, presumably they are our companions.
After these premises we proceed to study a form of rescue, our scientists and security team are trying to identify the species and way of accessing the area where we presumably hope they will stop to rest due to the proximity of dusk, we hope that darkness is one of our allies, although we do not know their technological level, if it indicates that it is high, since it seems that they are armed, according to our conclusions and their means of transporting the prisoners so indicates.
After approaching in the darkness, we were able to verify that they did not set up any guard system or security measures, they are trusting, they left the team unsupervised, so we were able to rescue them without problems, we were also able to take readings that indicate that they are beings based on silica instead of carbon, after scanning some of their instruments we were able to verify that they are technologically advanced, but we could not verify that they had Warp technology or any other similar technology.
Our team was able to verify that during their time in captivity they were able to understand some words based on the Axanar language, mixed with some Xindi. For this reason they indicated that they were studying a crashed ship of Klingon origin, which is the reason they were in the place.
After these revelations we proceed to send a communication to the fleet to ask for permission for a closer study or to keep this planet under surveillance and study.
Our sensors indicate a kind of atmospheric sweep after the rescue of our companions, due to our distance we are free from being detected, but we proceed to hide behind some asteroids orbiting the planet. In this way we avoid being seen in case they have equipment capable of scanning nearby space.
